Common Questions
Do I have to commit to a long contract?
Terms run 36 to 60 months.
Many businesses choose a 36 or 48 month lease, and you pick the term at the start.
What happens at the end of the lease?
You choose: (1) Upgrade to the latest model, (2) Continue at a reduced rate, or (3) Return at no cost.
No surprises, transparent pricing.
What if my printing needs change?
Upgrade to a bigger printer or swap models anytime.
New equipment is delivered within 10 business days of a confirmed lease order, with installation included.
Is my business too small to lease?
If you print more than around 500 pages a month, an all inclusive lease is typically simpler to budget for.
It replaces a desktop inkjet plus cartridges and unplanned service callouts.
Maintenance, genuine toner and remote diagnostics are included in one monthly set plan for the contract term.
We are already leasing a printer. Can we still get a quote?
Yes.
It is common for businesses who contact us to be partway through an existing agreement.
We prepare your quote now and time the new installation to your current lease end date, so there is no overlap and no print outage.
It is worth checking your existing contract notice window early, because those dates are easy to miss.
Call us or submit the form and we will map the changeover with you.

What happens if you wait
- Every business day with no printer is a business day of staff time burned on workarounds.
- Owned devices breaking out of warranty are a sunk cost on top of the replacement.Leasing wraps both into one number.
- Emergency replacement still locks in the same lease pricing as a planned procurement. You do not pay an "urgency premium".

Availability is confirmed case by case.

$20,000
If you bought equipment outright, eligible small businesses with an aggregated annual turnover under $10 million could immediately deduct the business portion of eligible assets costing less than $20,000, where the asset was first used or installed ready for use between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.
That window has closed and the threshold for 2026 to 2027 is not yet law, so check the current figure at ato.gov.au.
